by minimus ini know some here seem to truly be interested in everyone's welfare.
they seem to be really troubled/happy by another poster's health, life, children, job, sex life, worries, anxieties---you name it, they're very involved in "caring" about people that they hardly know.. i have forged some friendships, i've met some great people on this site.
i've communicated with many nice people here.

Hidden program in the new WT CD alerts Bethel who has visited apostate websites!!

If the WT is ballsy enough to insinuate to JWs that its ok to break privacy laws involving health care so as to keep Jehovah's congregation clean from individuals so wicked that they had willingly recieved a blood transfusion, the horror, the horror!!!, It goes without saying that having a hidden file on the CD Rom reporting potential apostate activity would be nothing to them. They could care less about people's privacy. These are people that believe strainging and destroying families is Jehovah's will. These are people that believe bullying people with health problems is ok if those people had the audacity to have a blood transfusion. Considering that, what's tracking people's online activity to the WT? Unscrupulous to anybody with ethics, morals, and integrity, but acceptable to the WT as they consider it Spiritual Warfare.

It wouldn't surprise me. Last week I did a thread out of anger regarding my Lexmark printer. I use refillable cartridges that are not made by Lexmark. I had them filled, and when I loaded them into the printer, I started getting an error stating Right Cartridge incorrect. I've seen that before, and there are ways around that. However, none of my old tricks were working, so I did some research. Come to find out, those cocksuckers at Lexmark did a firmware update, and within that firmware there's a hidden program that causes 3rd party catridges to no longer work. Had I known that, I would have never downloaded the firmware. I'll never buy another Lexmark product again, and I sincerely hope Al Qaeda targets there company. No lie, I wish nothing but negative things to happen to their upper management types and whomever made this unscrupulous decision to tamper with personal printers. I wouldn't care if all of them and their families catch AIDS.
I wouldn't be surprised if the WT did something similar. They're unscrupulous enough to lie to the media about how blood transfusions are enforced, and how a person can't leave the religion with any dignity or without severe repurcussions. They're almost as bad as a prison gang, maybe worse considering they've ruined more families and lives than any underworld criminal organization has ever done.

TIKKUN OLAM, Repairing the World
by designs inone of the things i think i missed most in the decades i was a jw was not being involved in what judaism calls tikkun olam or repairing the world.
the most basic of things humans can do for each other and for this earth.
we see needs and problems and we should respond- hunger, poverty, the environment whatever the need we as humans are called on by our humanity to fill.

I think you have an incorrect perspective. The most important thing you can do to show love on behalf of your neighbors is sharing the good news of the kingdom as explained by the WTBTS via such spiritual gems as the Watchtower & Awake Magazines. Or even the self-congratulatory biographical DVD's Jehovah's Witnesses, Faith In Action provide more encouragement than anything mankind today can offer. I mean sure, people have contributed good on behalf of their fellow man, but what they've contributed is only temporary. The Kingdom will be forever, and its right around the corner. See the Devil is tricky, as he'd try to make you believe that what Jonas Salk, Martin Luther King, and Mother Teresa did were great acts of humanity, but their contributions pale in comparison to all that Theodore Jaracz contributed on behalf of his fellow man.

Jaheshua preceded Jaheshua Miscajah, and both became one when Miscajah resurrected Jaheshua.

Watchtower Lawyer Says No Probing
by Marvin Shilmer inwatchtower lawyer says no probing.
ive added a new article to my blog showing a statement one of watchtowers lawyers made to medical researchers about jehovahs witnesses deciding privately to accept transfusion of blood.
i think readers will find his assertion rather surprising; but maybe not.

It surprises me somewhat that the WT lawyer would say this, because its plain as day in the Flock book, and the Shephard book. Heck, it might even be in the OD book, or even some obscure WT magazine article. Not to mention the one article that insinuates that its appropriate for a JW to follow Jehovah's law as opposed to Caeser when it comes to skirting privacy laws such as HIPPA in a health care employment setting in which the JW comes across the theocratically incriminating information of another JW.

So George if they don't know for sure they can't do anything to her right?..
Can't they be told the same thing they tell others when something negative is said about the JW's..No man is perfect and God will judge them, it isn't our job?. Isn't that what they say about the child abusers in their congregations?
That's what a witness told me when I related their (JW's) current policy on child abuse and how the abusers were handled..Snoozy
No judicial action can be taken unless the JW in question shows a lack of remorse over it. I can't remember all that brother and I discussed as that was a couple years ago, but I do remember certain phrases he used, in particular, "keeping the congregation clean." That stood out to me, in that he equated the blood transfusion on the same playing field as fornication, adultery, or other typical actions that we consider gross sin. If the person shows no remorse over the blood transfusion, then they've disassociated themselves by their actions and are to be treated just like someone disfellowshipped over unrepentent and repetative sexual immoraility despite the elder's admonitions. An announcement would be made o the congregation. I've never actually seen this happen, and I don't recall ever hearing it happen, even on this message board I don't recall ever reading it happen, but I'm sure it has happened often enough.

Hello!
Good luck trying to get them to think.
1914 is significant based on 607 BCE. What historical evidence confirms Babylon's destruction of Jerusalem in 607? None. It happened in 586/7. Russell got it wrong over 100 years ago and JWs are still getting it wrong. If it's such a big deal that Christmas shouldn't be celebrated because the encyclopedia says that Jesus wasn't born in December, 1914 also needs to be tossed out because the encyclopedia says that Jerusalem was not destroyed in 607. As JWs used to use the illustration, you wouldn't drink the water even if there was just a little bit of poison in it. 1914/607 is some of that poison.
That's what gave Carl O Jonsson the initiative to investigate and also what motivated his conscience to take a stand away from the WT's flawed and erroneous view regarding their so called selection.

Thanks for posting this, I might give my identity away, but I'm feeling wreckless today, so what the heck. A brother on the HLC requested that I assist him on an investigative matter regarding a sister recieving a blood transfusion. This was a couple years back when I first got appointed, and the body thought this would be great experience for me as I'm younger than the average, and the youngest on this body and wet behind the ears. So we questioned not only the sister who recieved the infusion, who I might add is older and single, but also we questioned her brother, and both of them denied making the decision or giving the hospital the ok. She expressed remorse for what happened, but was also adament that she never consented to the administration. Prior to questioning them, the brother who's experienced in these matters advised to me that there's really nothing we can do other than ascertain whether they willfully accept a transfusion, and whether there's remorse involved. I noticed you quoted from the old Flock Book, maybe someone can give you the latest info in the new Shephard book. I'm at work, so I don't have it on hand.
